Police return cash left behind by a passenger at Srinagar Airport

Srinagar: A police team at Sheikh-ul-Aalam (RA) International Airport returned cash and other stuff to a passenger that had left behind by him on Tuesday.

   After finding the cash, SSP, Anti-hijacking Srinagar Airport, Tahir Saleem Mir took to social media and wrote on facebook that: “My team and one trolley man Manzoor found a handbag with wallet inside containing Rs 50,000, one Adhar card and some more cards at Srinagar Airport. Adhar card is of Sajid khan of Halmatpora Kupwada. Plz contact us for any claims.”

    As the news spread on social media, the owner of the wallet contacted SSP Anti-hijacking Srinagar who returned cash and other stuff to him. Khan while hailing the role of police thanked them for the gesture. fd
