Four persons including father-daughter duo died in Kargil road accident

Four persons including the father-daughter duo were killed in a road accident in the Kargil district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.

A police official told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that an Alto car on way to Kargil from Sapi village met with an accident near Sapila hamlet when the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled down into a gorge.

“Four persons died on the spot while a kid Syed Kazim son of Syed Mustafa was shifted to Kargil District Hospital for advanced treatment,” the official said.

The police official identified the deceased as Syed Mustafa son of Syed Ali, Haseena Bano daughter of Syed Mustafa both residents of Akchamal, Hameeda Bano daughter of Syed Jaffar Shah a resident of Goma Kargil and Archo Marzia daughter of Syed Hussain of Khandi village of Kargil. [KNT]
