Shooting stone injures UP trio on Srinagar-Jammu Highway

After Panthyal, the shooting stones rained near Chamalwas area of Banihal in Ramban district on Srinagar-Jammu Highway on Tuesday.

Official sources said that a tempo traveler on its way to Banihal from Udhampur was hit by a massive shooting stone. The incident left three persons including a minor injured.

Official sources said that the trio hail from Uttar Pradesh and their condition is critical as they have sustained head injuries.

They said that the trio is being treated at Government Medical College Anantnag. The injured have been identified as minor Lakshit Gupta, Mega Rastogi, and J. K Gupta, all from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. [KNT]
