At least 8 residential houses were gutted in a devastating pre-dawn fire incident in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An official from Fire and Emergency Services said that a fire broke out in a single-storey house at around 3 AM on Tuesday. The flames spread to adjacent structures as a result 8 residential houses were damaged in the blaze.
He said that the incident occurred at Boat Colony Khanabal.
Police and civil administration officials rushed to the spot to assess the loss.
