Injured in road accident two days ago, policeman succumbs in hospital

Srinagar, July 22, KNT: A policeman who was injured in a road accident and was battling for life in a Srinagar hospital succumbs to his injuries on Monday morning.

Two days ago, a Head Constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police was hit by a speeding vehicle in the Malapora Mir Bazar area of Qazigund.

The cop had sustained critical injuries and was referred to SKIMS Srinagar from Government Medical College Anantnag.

Hospital sources said that middle-aged cop Abdul Rashid succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.
