Kulgam, Aug 15, KNT: A cloudburst struck the Panward Damhal Hanjipora area of Kulgam district, resulting in the loss of one civilian life and leaving another injured. The incident occurred on Thursday early morning.
According to eyewitnesses, the cloudburst lead to the death of two cows also. The police and civil administration were quick to respond, with teams rushing to the scene to assist those affected.

The victim has been identified as Mukhtar Ahmad Chouhan of Bangward Bala while the injured Rafakat Ahmad Chouhan, also hails from Bangward Bala village of Kulgam. [KNT]
