Patwari Aspirants Await Results as Recruitment Delays Enter Fourth Year

Srinagar, Jan 11, KNT: Aspirants for the Patwari posts, advertised by the Jammu Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB)  under the Lieutenant Governor’s fast-track recruitment policy in 2021, continue to face uncertainty as nearly four years have passed without the release of a provisional selection list.

The aspirants told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that the prolonged delay has left candidates frustrated, prompting them to call for government intervention to expedite the process.

“We applied under a fast-track policy meant to streamline recruitment. Four years later, we are still waiting for clarity,” said one of the aspirants.
