Kulgam, Sep 9, KNT: The Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, D. H. Pora, has recorded a conviction against Abdul Majeed Malyar, son of Ghulam Qadir Malyar, in connection with a fatal road accident case registered under FIR No. 27/2015.
Malyar was found guilty of offences under Sections 279, 338, and 304-A of the Ranbir Penal Code, along with Sections 3/181 and 146/196 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
