Sopore, Nov 14, KNT: A man was found dead inside a parked vehicle at Sopore Mandi in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Friday, prompting police to launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
Officials said the vehicle had been stationed in the market area for an unusually long time, raising suspicion among locals. Police teams reached the spot and cordoned off the area before examining the vehicle.
Inside, they found the body of the driver, identified as Noor Muhammad from Uttar Pradesh.

A senior police officer said preliminary observations point toward suffocation, though he emphasized that the cause of death can only be confirmed after a thorough examination.
