Para said sustained coordination between agencies has helped prevent delays and ensured smooth execution. He expressed gratitude to PWD officials and Deputy Commissioner Pulwama for working in close coordination to push the project forward without interruptions.

The MLA asserted that infrastructure development cannot be slowed by seasonal challenges and stressed that delivery timelines must be honoured despite winter conditions. He also instructed officials to maintain construction quality while meeting deadlines, underlining that public projects must serve locals for the long term.

Officials on site briefed Para that major components of the Circular Road are nearing completion and that the remaining work will be finished in a time-bound manner, weather permitting. [KNT]
