Waqf Employee Stabbed in Srinagar, Hunt Launched for Attacker

 

Srinagar, Nov 27, KNT: A 55-year-old Waqf employee was injured after being attacked with a sharp object by an unknown person in the Nowhatta area of Srinagar on Thursday.

Officials identified the injured as Hilal Ahmad Panjra, who sustained an injury to his abdomen. He was immediately shifted to Rainawari Hoapital for treatment.

Police have taken cognisance of the incident and launched efforts to identify and apprehend the attacker. [KNT]
