Srinagar, Dec 26, KNT: The Bharatiya Janata Party Kisan Morcha has appointed Owais Ahmad Rather as the District Media Incharge for Srinagar, according to an official nomination order issued by the party’s district unit.
The appointment forms part of the organizational restructuring of BJP Kisan Morcha in Srinagar district and is aimed at strengthening media coordination and outreach at the district level. Owais Ahmad Rather has been entrusted with the responsibility of managing media communication, disseminating party activities, and acting as the key liaison between the organization and the press.
Party sources said the decision reflects confidence in Rather’s ability to effectively communicate the Kisan Morcha’s initiatives and amplify the party’s engagement with farmers and allied sections in the district.
