Srinagar, Dec 25, KNT: An unidentified non local male was found dead on the roadside near the LD Hospital area of Srinagar on Thursday, officials said.
The man, believed to be around 45 years of age, was later shifted to SMHS Hospital for medico-legal formalities, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Officials said the body was spotted lying on the roadside near LD Hospital under unknown circumstances. The identity of the deceased could not be established immediately.

Meanwhile, police from Police Station Rajbagh have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated proceedings to ascertain the identity of the deceased and determine the cause of death. [KNT]
