Electrical employees in Jammu and Kashmir have decided to resume their postponed strike from next month to attract the attention of the government towards their ‘legitimate’ demands.

“The strike will start on February 2 next month. There will be a massive protest program at the Chief Office on February 14 and 15 with mass casual leave,” said a member of the Electrical Employees Union Central Core Committee.

He told news agency Kashmir News Trust that if their grievances are not addressed, there will be a protest in all circles a day in a week.
