Ayodhya Sees Completion Ceremony of Ram Temple; PM Calls Moment ‘Epochal’

Ayodhya, Nov 25, KNT: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the “wounds and pain” of centuries are healing as a 500 year old resolve stands fulfilled with the formal completion of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Calling the occasion “epochal,” Modi said Ayodhya was witnessing another historic milestone and added that “the entire country and the world are immersed in Ram.”
He said the sacred flag atop the temple would remain a reminder that truth ultimately prevails and congratulated Ram devotees and those who contributed to the temple’s construction. Modi said Ram does not discriminate and urged citizens to move forward with the same spirit of inclusivity.
The Prime Minister said India must strive to become a developed nation by 2047 when the country marks 100 years of Independence and added that people must “awaken the Ram within us” to achieve this national goal.
