Anjuman Sharie Shian Marks 47th Anniversary of Islamic Revolution of Iran


Budgam, Feb 11, KNT: Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman Sharie Shian on Wednesday organised a function to mark the 47th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran at Mehboob-ul-Millat Hall, Hawza Ilmiya Jamia Bab-ul-Ilm, Mirgund.
The event witnessed participation of religious scholars, zakireen, teachers, graduates of Hawza Ilmiya, students of Maktab Al-Zahra Hasanabad and a large number of students from Jamia Bab-ul-Ilm Mirgund. The participants highlighted the significance of the Islamic Revolution and its global impact.
Addressing the gathering, President of Anjuman Sharie Shian, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Mousvi Al-Safvi, said that the Islamic Revolution is a continuing movement and a prelude to the reappearance. He stated that there is no room for retreat and asserted that the revolution has withstood sanctions, political pressure and economic challenges.
Several scholars including Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Mohammad Hussain Mousvi, Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Yousuf Mousvi, Hujjat-ul-Islam Syed Mohammad Hussain Safvi, Molvi Mehboob-ul-Hassan, Ghulam Ahmad Sheikh, Nisar Hussain Walo, Syed Arshad Mousvi, Ghulam Mohammad Gulzar, Molvi Gohar Hussain, Syed Ali and Tanveer Hussain Sahib also spoke on the occasion.

The speakers highlighted what they described as achievements of the Islamic Republic in fields of scientific progress, defence capability and regional influence. They maintained that the ideology of resistance has expanded beyond national borders and remains rooted in religious principles and public support.
During the programme, participants reiterated their commitment to the ideals of the Islamic Revolution and expressed confidence in the leadership guiding the Islamic Republic.
The organizers said that the anniversary serves as a reminder of a sustained ideological movement and reaffirmed their intellectual and moral support for its principles. [KNT]
