Bear captured in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal

In a big relief to the residents of Gotlibagh Ganderbal, a bear that was roaming from past couple of days in the area was captured by a team of the Wildlife Department on Thursday.

The wild bear as per locals had created fear while men from the Wild Life Department captured it from Mufti Mohalla of Gotlibbagh Ganderbal.

In charge Wildlife Control Room Ganderbal Shabir Ahmad told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the bear was later shifted to Dachigam National Park Srinagar. [KNT]
