A non-local resident was reportedly injured after being fired upon by unidentified gunmen in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The incident occurred at Waniham Dialgam village in the district.
Local sources said that unidentified gunmen fired upon a man who works as a peon at a school.
The victim was shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Joint forces cordoned off the village after the incident and started a search operation. (KNT)
