Derailment at Mazhama in North Kashmir, no casualties reported

The coach of a passenger train on way to Baramulla from Banihal derailed near Mazhama railway station on Friday morning.

Official sources told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that one of the coaches of the train carrying passengers witnessed derailment near Mazhama, however, there was no loss of life.
They said that the train services on the route have been affected.

A railway official said that efforts are on to resume rail traffic on the route.
