Famous Kashmiri singer Manzoor Ahmed Shah was hospitalized after falling unconscious on stage at Badamwari Park Srinagar during his performance on Monday.
Shah was immediately evacuated to hospital where he is under observation.
Manzoor Shah is a household name in Kashmir who has sung innumerable folk songs.
Some of his popular songs are Posh Mati Dilber Ma Trawet Kot Gasak, Chi Pakun Mainan Watan Wan Kya Karak, Pout Nazar etc.
Shah (46) who currently lives in Srinagar, was born and brought up in Khaitangan village of Baramulla district. [KNT]
