Of late Kashmir has been witnessing a tremendous rise in crime including drug addiction, murder, and theft. This incident is a glaring example of moral degradation in society.

Notably, police in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district today arrested a father for murdering his minor daughter. A couple of days ago, a drug addict choked her mother to death in the Dangarpora area of North Kashmir’s Sopore. Before that, a man in an inebriated condition killed a couple of persons including his mother in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.   [KNT]
