Article 370 won’t be reinstated: Minister claims on the floor of house

At a time when the batch of petitions against the abrogation of Article 370 is being heard by the Supreme Court of India, BJP leader, and Minister for Women and Child Development Smriti Irani claimed that Article 370 won’t be reinstated in Jammu and Kashmir.

She made these remarks in Parliament while speaking during the no-confidence debate.

She also said that those people won’t be spared who threatened Pandits in Kashmir Valley asked them to either ‘assimilate, die, or migrate.’

“It was mentioned in the House today that he (Rahul Gandhi) undertook a Yatra and gave assurance that they will reinstate Article 370 if it is up to them.
