Kadfeen hails Mir’s induction in INC’s highest decision-making body

Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Monday hailed the party high command for making senior Congress leader Ghulam Ahmad Mir part of the highest policy decision-making body of the Indian National Congress, the Congress Working Committee (CWC).

The position, said Kadfeen accorded to Ghulam Ahmad Mir is unquestionably well-deserved. “Mir is an asset for the Congress party in Jammu and Kashmir. His selfless contribution towards the upliftment of the party is well known to all,” he said adding that Mir has skillfully navigated challenges, leading the party to safer shores.

Kadfeen hoped that Mir will continue to be a guiding force.

Kadfeen said that INC had earlier inducted Tariq Hameed Karra in CWC and now Mir’s inclusion will give more representation to the party in Jammu and Kashmir. [KNT]
