BJP senior leader and incumbent Defense Minister Rajnath Singh Monday said that BJP will bag all the Parliamentary seats in Jammu and Kashmir.
He was addressing an election rally in Basholi belt Kathua In Jammu & Kashmir.
He said the BJP fulfilled all the promises it made to the people of the country. Rajnath Singh said as per the promise and election manifesto BJP abrogated the Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. “We also constructed the Ram Mandir,” he said.
Without mentioning the name of any neighboring country, Rajnath Singh said that India will not hesitate to strike across the border if the need arises. “India has the power to strike at its enemy from its soil and also in the enemy’s territory across the Line of Control as the country has the world’s best military might,” he said adding that India has evolved into a global leader under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Singh who sought votes for the BJP candidate for Udhampur parliamentary seat, Dr Jitendera Singh hit opposition political parties including Congress, National Conference, and PDP from left, right, and centre, claiming that these parties have lost credibility before the common people.
Udhampur Lok Sabha seat is going to polls on April 19. The main contest is expected between the BJP’s Jitendra Singh and Lal Singh from the Congress party. [KNT]
