BJP’s Ashok Kaul Criticizes Farooq Abdullah’s Comments on Army, Says He Should Quit Politics

 

Srinagar, Aug 12, KNT: Ashok Kaul, the General Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for Jammu and Kashmir, has strongly criticized Dr. Farooq Abdullah, the National Conference President, for his recent comments suggesting a possible ‘collusion’ between the army and militants regarding rising infiltration bids in the region.

Kaul accused Abdullah of vilifying the Army and BSF, stating that they are always alert and have been foiling all infiltration bids. He emphasized that the security forces are doing their job effectively and that Abdullah’s comments were unjustified and harmful.

Kaul further suggested that Abdullah should quit politics and take a rest, citing his age as a factor. He implied that Abdullah’s comments resulted from his advancing age and that it was time for him to retire from politics.
