Two brothers from South Kashmir meet with accident in Punjab, One dead

 

Srinagar, Nov 20, KNT: Two brothers from South Kashmir’s Anantnag district met with an accident in the Damtal area of Punjab late Tuesday night which left one among them dead.

The police said that Sharafat Ahmad Khan was declared dead at a nearby hospital, while his brother Rifakat Ahmad Khan is undergoing treatment. They are the inhabitants of Brariangan, Shangus village of Anantnag.

The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.

Family sources confirmed the incident saying that the dead body of the victim will be brought for last rites to his native village. [KNT]
