Airtel Inaugurates First COCO Store in Srinagar, Expands Retail Presence in J&K

  1. Airtel opened its first flagship Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) store in Srinagar’s Bhagat Barzulla area, marking a milestone in the telecom giant’s expansion strategy in Jammu and Kashmir. The store was inaugurated by Dibyendu Aich, Chief Operating Officer for J&K.

The new outlet offers Airtel’s full range of digital services including Airtel 5G Plus, Wi-Fi, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), IPTV, and DTH, with a focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. This move is part of Airtel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its offline footprint in the valley.

With the launch of this store, Airtel now operates 16 stores across Jammu and Kashmir.
