CM Omar Abdullah Visits Kangan to Condole OSD Riyaz Wani’s Bereavement

 

Kangan, July 22, KNT: In a gesture of solidarity and compassion, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, accompanied by the Deputy Chief Minister, today visited Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district to offer condolences to Riyaz Ahmed Wani (JKAS), Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chief Minister, following the demise of his mother, Manzoora Begum.

The Chief Minister expressed profound grief over the loss and offered heartfelt prayers for the departed soul. “May Almighty grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the family,” Omar Abdullah said while consoling the bereaved family at their residence.

The Deputy Chief Minister also extended his sympathies and shared words of comfort with the grieving Wani family, lauding the late Manzoora Begum as a respected and dignified figure in the area.
