#VIDEO: Youth caught on camera throwing Smart City cycle into Jhelum, Netizens demand action

Srinagar, Aug 25, KNT: A video has surfaced on social media showing a youth throwing Srinagar Smart City bicycle into the Jhelum river, sparking outrage among citizens. The incident is believed to have taken place along the riverfront in the Rajbagh area of the city.

The footage shows the youth deliberately tossing the public utility cycle into the river, an act that has angered netizens who have demanded stern action against those involved. Many social media users alleged that such acts are often carried out by individuals under the influence of drugs.

Several users described the incident as a blatant act of vandalism against public property meant for the welfare of citizens and urged the authorities to identify the culprits through CCTV surveillance and bring them to book.
