BJP’s Chief Spokesperson Sunil Sethi Resigns from JKCA Sub-Committee

 

Srinagar, Nov 17, KNT: BJP’s Chief Spokesperson Sunil Sethi has stepped down from the Sub-Committee of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association. Officials said Sethi tendered his resignation through a formal communication addressed to BCCI President Mithun Manhas.

Sources familiar with the development said the resignation letter has already been received by the Board of Control for Cricket in India, though no official reaction from the BCCI or JKCA had been issued till the time of filing this report. Sethi was inducted into the Sub-Committee to assist with administrative and structural matters of the cricket body.

Political circles in Jammu described his decision as unexpected, given his active involvement in organisational functions of the JKCA in recent months. However, the exact reason for his resignation has not been publicly disclosed.
