JKBOSE opens online window for re-evaluation, answer script photocopies

Srinagar, Jan 29, KNT: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has issued a notification inviting eligible candidates of Class 10 and Class 12 to apply online for re-evaluation and for obtaining photocopies of their answer scripts for the Annual Regular 2025 examination and JD October November 2025 session.

According to the notification, the online link for submission of application forms for re-evaluation and photocopy of answer scripts will open on January 30, 2026. The last date for filling forms for obtaining photocopies of answer scripts has been fixed as February 5, 2026, while the last date for submission of re-evaluation forms is February 8, 2026.

JKBOSE said the prescribed fee for re-evaluation is Rs 550 per answer script, while the fee for photocopy of answer scripts is Rs 285 per script. The fee is to be deposited online through approved modes such as credit cards, debit cards or UPI.

The Board said photocopies of answer scripts will be uploaded on the JKBOSE website in a phased manner and candidates will be required to collect the photocopies from the concerned secrecy sections at JKBOSE campus Rehari Colony Jammu only after producing proof of fee deposit.

Students have been advised to regularly visit the JKBOSE website for updates regarding schedules and to strictly adhere to the notified timelines. The Board clarified that candidates whose examinations have been cancelled or who are disqualified are not eligible to apply for re-evaluation or photocopies.

JKBOSE further said no student will be allowed to visit the Board office for collection of answer scripts without following the notified schedule. [KNT]
