Srinagar, Jan 1, KNT: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has extended the last date for submission of online application forms for filling up gazetted posts in the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, Soura, under the Health and Medical Education Department.
According to an official notice issued today, the deadline for filing online applications, earlier notified vide Notification No. 14-PSC (DR-P) of 2025 dated December 26, 2025, has been extended up to January 15, 2026.

The Commission, however, clarified that the cut-off date for determination of eligibility conditions shall remain unchanged and will continue to be December 28, 2025.

The notice has been issued for the information of all concerned candidates, enabling those who have not yet applied to submit their applications within the extended time frame.
The recruitment pertains to gazetted posts at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, a premier healthcare and medical education institution in Jammu and Kashmir.
The extension order has been issued by the J&K Public Service Commission under the signature of its Additional Secretary. [KNT]
