Traffic Hit in Jammu’s Chadwal as Protesters Accuse agency of irregular LPG Distribution

Jammu, April 6, KNT: Residents of Chadwal in Jammu on Monday staged a massive protest against an alleged shortage of LPG cylinders at a Bharat Gas agency, blocking a key road and disrupting traffic for several hours.

The protest was triggered by repeated complaints of non-availability of cooking gas cylinders, with locals saying their concerns had not been addressed despite multiple visits to the agency.

Eyewitnesses said that people, including women, gathered outside the agency premises early in the day and raised slogans, demanding the immediate supply of LPG cylinders.

As the protest intensified, demonstrators moved onto the road and blocked vehicular movement, leading to traffic disruption in the area.
