MeT Department Tuesday morning said that Jammu and Kashmir will witness light to moderate rainfall during the next 24 hours.
A MeT official told news agency Kashmir News Trust that light to moderate rainfall may occur in different parts of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday while on Wednesday there will also be a brief spell of rain and thunderstorm from evening onwards.
The MeT official added that till May 4 there will be intermittent rainfall and from 5 May onwards to May 6, there will be an improvement in the weather.

“Light to moderate intermittent rainfall from today till May 8 is expected in different parts of the valley,” he concluded.
Kashmir Valley has been witnessing a long spell of rainfall beginning from the last part of April. [KNT]
