Inderwal legislator to join National Conference, Two more candidates to follow suit

Kishtwar, Oct 10, KNT: Pyare Lal, the newly elected representative from the Inderwal constituency in Kishtwar district, is set to rejoin the National Conference after winning as an independent candidate.

While talking to the news agency Kashmir News Trust,  Lal expressed his loyalty to the party, saying, “NC was my party and will always be my party”. Notably, Lal, a Hindu, secured victory in an assembly segment with a 90% Muslim population, emphasizing that his success was not based on religion but rather his work and dedication.

Lal attributed his decision to contest independently to Sajad Kitchlo, who he claimed was a stumbling block in securing a National Conference mandate. On this, Lal cryptically remarked, “As you sow, so shall you reap.”
