Mirwaiz Visits Late Mustafa Kamal’s Residence, Offers Fatiha, Condoles Demise


Srinagar, July 16, KNT: Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Mohammad Umar Farooq on Thursday visited the residence of the late veteran National Conference leader Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal to offer condolences to the bereaved family.
During the visit, the Mirwaiz offered Fatiha prayers for the departed leader and prayed that Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings and grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous.
He conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family, particularly National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Muzaffar Shah and other members of the family, praying that Almighty Allah grant them patience and strength to bear the irreparable loss.

Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, a senior National Conference leader, former minister and younger brother of Dr Farooq Abdullah, passed away earlier this week after a brief illness. His demise has been widely mourned across Jammu and Kashmir, with leaders from various political parties and social organizations visiting the family to express their condolences. [KNT]
