Pulwama Police seize JCB, two tractors in illegal mining case

 

Pulwama, Dec 30, KNT: Pulwama Police have seized a JCB and two tractors during a routine patrolling operation against illegal mining at Nownagri village and registered a case in the matter.

Police said a JCB bearing registration number JK13J-8922 was found illegally extracting and loading soil into tractors. Two tractors involved in the activity were intercepted and seized on the spot.

Accordingly, FIR No. 115/2025 under Sections 3 of the PPD Act and 303(2) of the BNS has been registered at Police Station Litter, and investigation has been initiated.
