Budgam, Sep 5, KNT: Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) leader Hakim Yaseen held the National Conference (NC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) responsible for the emergence of the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing an election campaign in Khansahab Constituency, Budgam, Hakim Yaseen alleged that both NC and PDP facilitated the BJP’s entry into the region by forming alliances with them. He claimed that NC’s initial partnership with BJP was followed by PDP’s government formation with the same party, enabling BJP’s growth in Kashmir.

Yaseen stated, “The BJP’s footprints in Kashmir are because of NC and PDP, who encouraged and formed an alliance with this party. If they had not patronized the BJP, it would have never emerged in Kashmir.”
