All Three Militants Behind Pahalgam Attack Killed in Srinagar: Amit Shah

New Delhi, July 29, KNT: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday informed Parliament that all three militants involved in the recent Pahalgam attack were neutralised in a joint security operation carried out in Srinagar. Code-named Operation Mahadev, the action was jointly executed by the Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Delivering a statement in the House, Shah said the militants had brutally killed innocent tourists in Pahalgam after identifying them by their religion. The attack, he said, occurred in front of the victims’ family members, amplifying the horror of the incident.
“I strongly condemn this cowardly act of violence and express my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families who lost their loved ones in this inhuman act,” the Home Minister stated.
