“It’s only a wait-and-watch situation. We can’t do any. They are issuing new diktats on daily basis. What a slave society can do to counter it,” he said.

He said New Delhi had claimed that elections will be held once the delimitation process is over. “That process is over now and as per New Delhi the situation is normal in Kashmir, then what’s it that is holding them back from conducting elections,” he said adding that Lieutenant Governor installed by Central Government is looking at everything for the BJP.
