Two Fire & Emergency Services Personnel Die of Suspected Cardiac Arrest in Srinagar, Magam

 

Srinagar, Aug 29, KNT: Two personnel of the Fire and Emergency Services (F&ES) Department died after reportedly suffering cardiac arrest at separate locations in Srinagar and Magam in Budgam district, officials said.

Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, posted at the Fire & Emergency Services Headquarters in Srinagar, reportedly suffered a suspected heart attack. He was shifted to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar, where doctors declared him dead.

In a separate incident, Ghulam Qadir, a Mechanic/Driver posted at F&ES Station Magam in Budgam, suffered a heart attack. He was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.
