Three IAS Officers Get One-Year Extension

 

Jammu, Feb 14, KNT: The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has approved a one-year extension for the deputation of three IAS officers serving in Jammu and Kashmir.

The officers—Athar Aamir Khan, Bashir Ahmed, and Akshay Labroo—will continue their tenure in the Union Territory following a request from the J&K Government.

According to official sources, the extension has been granted as a special case, with relaxation of existing rules.
