NIA said that Faisal is the fourth person named in the chargesheet. The other three are Arsalan Feroz alias Arsalan Soub, Muzamil Mushtaq Bhat alias Hamza and Mudasir Ahmed Dar.

NIA said that during the investigation it came to the fore that Faisal was working as an active overground worker for LeT. He was receiving, collecting, and supplying funds and arms and ammunition dropped from Pakistan via drones near Samba and Kahua border areas.

The funds and weapons received by Faisal were being stored by him and afterward, he used them to deliver to other militants.
